Special registration for potential participants is not necessary. High school students’ open discussion “Attending school must not impede my education” (development strategy according to high school students) is supposed to be a joint event for the participants of International conference “Modernization in sphere of education as a condition of stable development” and the XVth Russian scientific students’ conference “Discovery”.
